What photos work best?
Use a clear original photo with visible faces and important details. You can upload more than one reference photo; the number of subjects is chosen separately.
Can I change the background or add text?
Yes. Explain your ideas in the customization notes and use the artwork text field for names, dates or a short message. Include any placement instructions before submitting.
Can I review my choices before checkout?
Yes. The final customization step brings together your selections, photos and notes so you can check them before adding your artwork to the cart.
How do sizes and frames affect the price?
The selected subjects, canvas size and frame determine the current product price. Use the pricing page or the customizer to check available combinations.
Can I preview my artwork before it ships?
Yes. We will share a preview of your artwork for you to review before it ships. If you have any feedback, reply to our email so we can discuss adjustments with you.
What if I need my painting by a certain date?
